Montbest announced on the 25th that it has won the "Service Customer Satisfaction Award selected by consumers" for seven consecutive years.
The "Consumer-selected Service Customer Satisfaction Award" is an event to select excellent brands with high service and customer satisfaction in line with the government's policy to intensively foster promising service industries, and to discover and support representative companies that practice customer satisfaction, service innovation, and quality satisfaction among service industries such as franchises, beauty, and educational services.

The award was conducted after a fair review of consumer recommendations for service awareness, preference, and satisfaction, and product and service performance by a professional review committee. Representative companies in each field are selected by dividing them into categories such as customer satisfaction, service satisfaction, quality satisfaction, global, and brand innovation.

Montbest bottled water received three stars (3 Stars), the highest rating at the 2024 ITI International Food and Beverage Fair, and won the Superior Taste Award for four consecutive years.
