The "2018 3rd Consumer-Picked Service Customer Satisfaction Awards" hosted by Money Today was held at 3 p.m. on the 3rd at the International Conference Hall of the Press Center in Jung-gu, Seoul.
At the event, Ricoh Plate (CEO Lee Jung-wook) Cheongdam Lee Sang won the award for shared growth, and KOREA CRYSTAL BEVERAGE CO.,LTD (CEO Ryu Jang) Montbest won the Consumer Product (Bottled Water) Award.
Cheongdam Isang, a premium Izakaya brand in Korea, is attracting attention as it has shown an unrivaled rise in the saturated franchise market, achieving sales of 70 billion won in five years after opening its first store in Cheongdam-dong in 2008. Cheongdam Isang is differentiating its menu from other Izakaya with more than 100 premium handmade snacks and signature sake, and is expanding its stores nationwide with seasonal dishes and interiors. In particular, young people, who are the main customers, are satisfied with the taste, atmosphere and service, so the revisit rate is high, and consumers are highly satisfied with the composition of high-quality menus.
It is also making efforts to win-win with franchisees by signing an industry-academic cooperation MOU for franchisees who have difficulty hiring Japanese chefs, and is considered an excellent example of win-win management by selecting the best franchise every year and providing overseas training programs and financial support benefits when selected as excellent franchisees.
It consists of a total of four different containers, including a 1L package that compensates for the shortcomings of 500ml and 2L, 330ml that is convenient to carry, 500ml that is easy to carry when moving outdoors, and 2L products suitable for drinking water for three to four people. The product has secured safety and reliability through ISO22000 accredited certification in the food safety management system sector, and consumers' satisfaction is high as minerals and trace minerals help soften their throats.
